Over many months of analysis of existing solutions we've set up a a brand new discussion and question-answer forum, using Zoho Discussions: http://forum.jquery.com
With help from the Zoho team we've imported all of the existing Google Groups discussions and the old jQueryHelp.com forum posts. We've also set up an account for you in the new system so that you can get started right away.
