Dear Family and Friends of Larchmont, Despite it only being September, Christmas will be here before we know it. This year we would like to cordially invite you to join us in a spiritual endeavor as we explore the Birth Narratives of Jesus in the Gospels. We have chosen the *Efird Bible Study Series*, by Duke Divinity Professor Emeritus, Dr. Mickey Efird, as the Bible Study that will take us through Advent and into Christmas. Both of your Pastors will be leading this study and look forward to sharing these special stories with you as we prepare to once again welcome Christ at Christmas time.
There will be something for everyone beginning *Wednesday, October 21st*! All are invited to share in a *fellowship dinner from 5:30 - 6:30 PM*. Then children (Ages 4 through 5th Grade) will break off to discover their very own Bible Study and activities that have been custom designed to follow the Adult Study! The *Bible Studies will take place between 6:30 - 7:30 PM*. For Young Families, you will discover that each night your children will learn about the same topics you do, but in a child friendly manner. Families will be able to share what they learned. For older youth who do not wish to attend the Adult Session, Homework Rooms will be available. Our brand new Nursery will also be open for the little ones. We ask you to consider making this commitment to spiritual growth and preparation for that special celebration of Christ's Birth. The Bible Study will be 8 Sessions on the following Wednesdays: October 21 October 28 November 4 November 11 November 18 December 2 December 9 December 16 Please take time to prayerfully consider this opportunity. We will need to order the companion work books for Adults very soon, so please let the Church know if you will be attending. We look forward to sharing this exciting study with all of you.
