The package exists in the repo, but it is not included in the database 
files.

This might be due to a security issue with ethereal versions 0.8.20 to 
the current 0.10.13-x.
Ethereal.com recommends that users upgrade to 0.10.14. This has been 
known since they officially released the explanation the 27th of December.

In my opinion you should just wait for the archlinux repo maintainers to 
add the new version to the unstable or testing tree just to be on the 
safe side.
