I've stuck with the 1.5 revision after getting some hang-ups with 1.6. My 2 systems using ndiswrapper are regularly up for many days, and sometimes weeks (unless I'm monkeying around with them for other reasons).
Could also be related to the cards being supported by ndiswrapper I suppose. These are both netgear wg-311 PCI cards on desktop computers. Was happening to my on a P4 - it seems almost like every odd numbered release caused problems.... the devs are real flaky. For the most part, the ndiswrapper package in extra isn't changed if it doesn't work for me for at least an hour (I think 1.1 used to work for about 40 minutes then hang). _______________________________________________ arch mailing list [email protected] http://www.archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/arch ============================================================ _______________________________________________ arch mailing list [email protected] http://www.archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/arch
