The big problem (and I'm not saying your idea is a bad one) is that we'd
need a custom bug tracker.  Debian's bug tracker has an email interface and
relates directly to the packages that exist in the repos.  Our bug tracker
is a totally seperate interface that doesn't really relate to anything.
