In case helpful, the IP used to fetch the cert via WKD for any email is just the IP of the email domain. So for any <name>@archlinux.org, WKD will request the certificate from the web server URL: https://archlinux.org/.well-known/openpgpkey/hu/<hash-of-email> -- Gene
