GIMP works here (https://i.imgur.com/MGOr4CV.png and https://i.imgur.com/5MIMoyr.png), but it takes 20 GB of RAM to open.
Krita seems to choke with the color space (https://i.imgur.com/q6ewqqB.png), even after fixing the file extension (.jp2 instead of .JP2).
