To my knowledge the Arch wiki has already been adapted.
The switch was pretty painless, but the name of the array in the nextcloud
config has changed.

New packages aside from php-redis/php-legacy-redis are not necessary.
Upstream states that it is compatible with valkey, too [1].

To my knowledge the transition story for python-redis is still a bit unclear 
though.
