Pacman installed it for me over 3 months ago:

[2025-01-12T14:33:25-0600] [ALPM] upgraded postgresql-docs (16.6-1 -> 17.2-1) [2025-02-03T14:07:30-0600] [ALPM] upgraded postgresql-libs (17.2-1 -> 17.2-2)

Please look at the date when the email was sent 12/24/24 :)
