Hi there,

I have a nuclear bomb receipt (NIH, from the Arch forum) :

rm -rf /etc/pacman.d/gnupg
pacman-key --init
pacman-key --populate archlinux
pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring

This has always worked for me.

Regards
