[arch-general] Telinit?

Anyone know what happened to the "telinit" shortcut?  It used to be 
included in systemd-sysvcompat 
(https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Systemd#systemd-sysvcompat) but 
seems like it recently got removed.  Was it removed upstream?  (And if 
so, anyone know why?)
