[arch-general] systemd-boot ignores loader.conf

Hello all,

I'm using systemd-boot on my laptop. My /boot/loader/loader.conf contains
only the line:

    default arch

but when booting, the boot menu still appears. What could be the cause of
this issue? Thanks in advance.
