this work not. I try it with blacklisting what found in forum, I try
with block and unblock. Nothing change. 

[sisibox siefke]# rfkill list
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: yes
2: hci0: Bluetooth
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: no
[sisibox siefke]# rfkill unblock 0
[sisibox siefke]# rfkill list
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: yes
2: hci0: Bluetooth
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: no

[sisibox siefke]# cat /etc/modprobe.d/hp.conf 
blacklist hp_wmi

I try since 6 hours I really not understand whereis problem.
