Anyone else seeing this? My default.pa is stock (it wasn't before, but I reverted the minor changes and no change in behaviour), and the daemon just won't start.
If I comment out module-native-protocol-unix it will, but of course it's not usable that way. Reported it as a bug on freedesktop[1], but I'd be surprised if its actually a bug given how I'd assume I'm not the only [testing] user using this... any ideas?
