[arch-general] dbus-daemon : high cpu load on resume

Hello,

Since yesterday's update, after resume from suspend, dbus-daemon eats up all 
cpu cores and load average quickly increases. Got this on two machines using 
KDE5. Arch related ? Upstream ? Any hint to resolve that ?
