If there is only a handful of vim plug-ins that does not yet support python
3, how about letting the community help with porting them for the next 30
days.

Gvim with python 3 support can be pushed to [testing] in order to help the
transition. Then after 30 days have passed, make a clean break to gvim/py3
and move gvim/py2 to AUR.

Porting vim plug-ins from py2 to py3 *should* be relatively easy and this
method should be both clean and user friendly.
