[arch-general] Evolution Missing from Testing

When I do a 'pacman -Syu', I'm getting an error that
evolution-3.2.2-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz cannot be found though the testing
list file shows that file.  It sounds to me that the repo is not in
sync or something.
