Never symlink libraries... As you have discovered, it causes lots of
issues that are hard to diagnose.
"pacman -S pacman libarchive xz"
should be enough to fix your problem. Afterwards, remove that symlink
you make to /usr/lib/liblzma.so.0 and do a full system update.
