Been through any config file I would have and I have no xmodmap or other custom x files.

No beta apps at all. I am running (trying to run)

kernel26-2.6.34.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz
xf86-video-ati-6.13.1-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz

and it is not going well...
