I looked in /etc/X11/ directory and don't see xorg.conf file. Does
anyone know how I can get my nVidia drivers working on Arch Linux? It
installed fine however it's not running for some reason.

You need to configure it, create your Xorg configuration file by logging
in as root in runlevel 3 and typing this command:
Xorg -configure
It will create xorg.conf.new or whatever.
Copy it to /etc/X11/xorg.conf
