[arch-general] tcp ack Traffic shaping

Apparantly i chose the wrong IPS. My upload is extremly tiny. When i
upload something with only 5kb, my dowload rate dies.
I assume that's because Acks don't get through in time. 
Anyone got an idea how to give those priority?
