[arch-general] Mirror out of sync?

Anyone know what's up with the 
ftp://mirrors.unixheads.org/archlinux/$repo/os/i686 mirror?  It appears 
to be out of sync on at least one key package:  the kernel!

The devs released 2.6.24.1 on 2/10, but the mirror still has 2.6.23.14.
Anyone know what's going on with it?  (And/or who to contact over there 
to get it updated?)
