I think for the wireguard module (well, it is long gone, no?) I adopted the
SCREAMING-KEBAB-CASE from virtualbox modules. No idea who invented it
there... Happened before I took over virtualbox.

That said I have no strong opinion about it, I am fine with dropping capital
letters for virtual provides.
