[arch-dev-public] expat 2.2.0-2 pulled out from testing

Hi all,

I was completely brainless yesterday and I pushed a package that was
supposed to apply a patch (it did not) that is not included in 2.2.0
release (but it is). I removed the package from [testing] and wrote "I
will not package when sleepless" 100 times in my notebook as part of my
punishment.

Thanks Hussam Al-Tayeb for guarding the guards.
