You're missing the code for the class EatingPlaceForm.  We need to see
that.

Nonetheless, this should work:
{{ form.fieldname }}

Where fieldname is defined in EatingPlaceForm.

eg.
class EatingPlaceForm(forms.Form):
    place = forms.CharField(widget=forms.TextInput(), required=True)

This should work:
{{ form.place }}
