I have compiled it for you. Go to
https://github.com/apertium/lttoolbox-java/releases/
Click on to get the JAR file.
It need to be copied into the other projects and they need to be configured
manually to where the JAR file is.
I must say that for convenience I would prefer to just have the JAR file
copied into the other projects.
For now, for convenience, I have done the above and compiled all dependent
projects and made releases for download:
https://github.com/apertium/apertium-viewer/releases/
https://github.com/apertium/apertium-omegat/releases/
https://github.com/apertium/apertium-caffeine/releases/
https://github.com/apertium/apertium-android/releases/
