TLDR: Someone please check current spa-cat for immediate release.
Well, we've hit the problem scenario where a single language package is now
incompatible with a released pair.
Specifically, apertium-cat 2.1.0~r78615 is too new for
apertium-spa-cat 2.0.0~r77288 because of the split to cat's Valencia
variants that happened after spa-cat was released.
While I could monkey-patch the released spa-cat, I would prefer not to.
Ideally, I'd like the authors of spa-cat to check that it can be released,
or make whatever adjustments needed to get it release worthy.
