That's a funny idea. But I don't really agree with one sentence :
"promoting linguistic diversity online means being able to communicate
in any language you choose without having to make digital content
available for non-speakers".

Well, of course speaking a lot of languages will allow you to communicate
with more people. But as other may not, it's better to build widely
multilingual websites and other digital contents.
