Dear PMC, can we add this GSOC candidate to have commit access ? Also, could I suggest that during the GSOC application period we relax the requirement that every new candidate needs to receive a +1 to streamline the process. I can just add candidates as we go along and notify the PMC in a separate email. I'm ok with keeping it this way too; just worry about the amount of email it generates.
