OK but what to do with that ? No problen if it is for apertium.org website for the small part outside the wiki. The wiki is not in XML format. We also use XML for language pairs source files. But according to what can be translated, the answer is very simple : safely, only comments. First comments are few into these files, and secondly if they are written in one of the two languages of the pair, that may be enough.
