I think that's because Jan sent the email to: apachecon-discuss@ to
drive reply traffic here, but bcc:'d pmcs@, which is an alias turning
into [email protected] which magically gets dumped into every
private@ list of other PMCs.

Interestingly enough, fundraising@ also got that mail; I didn't think
that was really a PMC.  8-)
