FileSet "nested" include element

I am getting an error that has been asked before http://archive.covalent.net/jakarta/ant-user/2000/12/0016.xml FileSet "nested" include element problem   While trying to build ant from its source i am getting the following Class org.apache.tools.ant.types.FileSet doesn't support the nested "include" element       Any help would be greatly appreciated
