Newbie Question

Ok. I'm new to ANT, but not necessarily to CM/Build. :) 

Anyway, how does one get JAXP to function correctly? Should I reference it
in the classpath or install it as a plug-in to the Java JDK?

I'm using IBMJDK1.2.2 that is prepackaged with IBM's WebSphere 3.5.
