JBuilder4 includes its own version of the J2SE (JDK1.3)  Their version is
1.3.0-C.  The latest version at Sun is 1.3.0_01 (or at least when I
downloaded it).  You must configure JB4 to use an external compiler.  If you
are using the free edition, you have special hoops.  What version of JB4 are
you using?

FYI, your classpath when you run ANYTHING from JB4 is automagically created
for you.
