Unfortunately no release has been made that has StyleBook support built in.
What you would have to do is download a nightly snapshot of Ant or CVS
version and compile it yourself.
Stylebooks home is @ xml.apache.org but is only available via CVS as module
xml-stylebook IIRC. It differs a little from versions that are used in some
projects (like Avalon) as it was updated to work with Xalan2 rather than 1
IIRC
