Ok at the end I managed to find out.
The
GCE_PARAMS = ('[email protected]', 'secret')
Is not the Compute Engine and App Engine's email, and the API key, it's the
service's email and the path to the .pem file
GCE_PARAMS =
('[email protected]<[email protected]>',
'/path/to/pemfile.pem')
