I'm not entirely sure on what you mean, The German language is not my 
forte. 
But yes, occasionally it happens that you need to reboot ng-serve to get it 
going again. Also, there was a release with a bug that didn't fully unload 
when you hit ctrl-c so you couldn't start again. Updating to the latest 
version helps on both accounts.

The not reloading on written updates is caused by a 3rth party plugin and 
is relative to the OS used. This is a long-standing issue that plagues most 
nodejs based build tools. I still hope this will be solved somehow in the 
future!
