He Velavan, Seems related to the bootstrap library you are using, not too angular itself. I know most of the code in there is very well-written also, so it might be environmental.
The quick solution would be, isolating the cause in your code, and fix it. If it turns out to be a bug in UI Bootstrap, you can file it there, it will get fixed.
