Node is for the back-end and it can optionaly serve static files.
I have already done Angular Spa with no server at all, just local files
opened by Firefox. Of course, it has no back-end functionality...
It is just a mere coincidence that tutorials are node-based, pick the right
files and put them wherever your browser can find them
