Hi Mahesh, Inside a directive you have a direct entrance to it's element. You can insert anything the way you like it there. If ngBind or ngBindHtml doesn't fit your bill, you are free to create your own binding directive. But this sounds more that you need to clean the html you are inserting then as another way to put HTML into your page. Have a look at the $sce stuff, it will show you how to do that.
