There is no way to do that from within the browser. This is explicitly 
prohibited. Simply to prevent websites from overwriting/adding system files 
and other niceties like that. It would be extremely dangerous if that was 
possible.
As Erick commented that there might be browser plugins that enable this, I 
suspect those would raise issues (or at least they should!) with antivirus 
programs!
