If you're using the ui-router you can try
$state.go(stateName, CallParamsObj, {reload: true})

when i click on 3 dots it has to pop up a menu showing refresh option
in it, now when i click refresh button, the page has to get refreshed.
Can anyone please help me out in implementing this
