Hi Daniel,

Can't you put in the routing inside your module? Then you can lookup in 
what environment you are, and add routes as you need. I do this in some 
projects with the std router. I believe ui-router supports this too.
also, the new ComponentRouter will also have support for this. (Not for 
top-level router tough!)
