i saw that https://angular-gettext.rocketeer.be/ seems to be interesting 
but i guess that when you create a multilanguage website, the english text 
(base text) change a lot during creation and update process...so people 
should update a lot of time the po file as it is based on the "base text" 
so mainly english text in webpage directly.
