You are reading it from a JSON, I want to read it from a JS and also to

Now, in this my constant structure is a bit different and i have shown the 
way that I can do it, but as there are many constants I cant take this 
approach.

My primary concern now is to read the constants and then I can figure out 
how to update them.

Now I can use $http.get.. but if I do so, I would get the whole file 
whereas I only need constants as object which can be modified individually..
