I have been trying to implement an Angular UI Scroll Spy feature for my company's site, but can't seem to get anything to work (offset doesn't work, and the currently viewed section isn't highlighted in my navbar). Does anyone know of a working example or a document that outlines how specifically to ensure that the features work?
