No, that is not what it means. There was a different versioning scheme 
going on back there. the 1.1.x where considered the beta versions, and the 
1.0.x version where the stable versions.
The 1.1.x became 1.2
There is a new version scheme now. To put it simply, if there isn't 'beta' 
or 'rc' in the version name, its a stable version!
You should not be using any of the version in this list, but move on to 
1.2.x (where x === 15 now!), or use the 1.3.0-(beta.x) if you want to be on 
the bleeding edge!
