For the life out of me.. I can't figure out why $cookieStore pre and
post-pends %22.
Example
$cookieStore.put('JSESSIONID', "blah");
When I view under chrome console then it shows the value %22blah%22...
Instead of "blah"... what am I doing wrong? Thanks!!
