Hi Mark, Well, it comes in handy when you need any form of caching. I know I used it a couple of times. here is a blog laying out one possislel use: http://www.phase2technology.com/blog/caching-json-arrays-using-cachefactory-in-angularjs-1-2-x/ But do not forget, If you have to do some time-consuming functions, it might be worth caching the results of that function.
