Hi Geir,

The status 0 is a browser error. Nothing to do with angular. The browser 
should never expose an undocumented error. For now handle the 404, and 
inspect the headers to figure out what really happened.
I do think the 404 angular now uses is badly chosen. I think a 504 would be 
a better substitution! Strangely there isn't a error code for 'server not 
responding'
